Business Hours & Shipping Policy
Regular Business Hours

January through November

Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Closed Sunday and Monday

 
Shipping Policy

Orders received by 10:00 am on regular business days will generally be sent out the same day.
 
Orders received after 10:00 am, on Saturdays or holidays will generally be shipped out the next Anna's business day.
 
Orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 days of shipping, depending on the destination. Unless special arrangements are made, all orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and generally arrive within 2-3 days, except military orders which take longer.

 
Overnight and Expedited Shipping

Special accommodations can be made for second or next day delivery for an additional fee. These orders must be placed by calling us directly at 1-866-SF Annas (1-866-732-6627), or locally at 650-373-2662.

Available Shipping Addresses

Anna's ships to residential and business addresses, and both street and PO boxes.

Shipments to US Military Personnel

Anna's is pleased to ship to all military personnel with a valid APO or AE address. Additional delivery time is required for all shipments being sent to military personnel serving outside the US.

Weekend Business Delivery

The USPS Priority Mail service will attempt weekend delivery to all business addresses. When a business does not accept weekend delivery, delays may occur and an "attempted delivery" message will be left that may require the recipient to make contact with the postal service to claim the package. In these events, the recipient is responsible for contacting the postal service to claim the package. Refunds will not be issued for packages returned to Anna's by the postal service that have not been claimed.

General Business Delivery

Gifts being send to individuals at a business address should include the business name and office or suite number. (Example: John Smith, Anna's of San Francisco, 1007 Howard Avenue, Suite 101, San Mateo, CA 94401).

Misdelivered and Undeliverable Packages

Any package that can not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or recipient information of any kind, including but not limited to "moved", "forwarding address expired", "addressee unknown", and/or "invalid or incomplete address" which is then returned to Anna's of San Francisco will not be refunded and will only be re-shipped at customers request and cost. This inlcudes packages returned due to recipient's failure to claim the package following a "delivery attempted" message being left by the USPS. In the event the incorrect address is due to an error by Anna's of San Franacisco, a new gift package will be gladly sent and paid for by Anna's of San Francisco.

Hospital, Hotel and Residential Care Deliveries

You must specify a room number and/or arrival date. Anna's is not responsible for gifts once they arrive at the destination address. It is solely the responsibility of the hospital, hotel or residential care personnel to arrange delivery to a specified room.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to shipments of cookie jars and other non-food gift items such as trays and plates. As a food item, cookies are not taxed.
